CHRISTMAS PARTY

We are delighted to welcome Head Distiller John Wilcox from Blackwater Distillery, who will showcase their historical mashbills and unique spirits, including poitín and whiskey. You’ll be greeted with a Blackwater gin and tonic on arrival.

As an extra treat, I will be sharing four exceptional bottles from my personal collection to round off the evening. These include:

• A Midleton Cask Sample (58.2% ABV)
• The rare Jameson Marconi
• Greenspot 10-Year-Old Cask Strength (Greek Series)
